Presentation on the Topic of your choice submitted prior
Each presentation should be 6–8 minutes long.
If your time crosses 7 minutes, you may be interrupted.
Exceeding the time limit can lead to disqualification from certification.
In rare cases, organizers may allow exceptions.
Guest participants may present in the language they are most comfortable with.
If you are competing in the event, at least 70% of your presentation must be in English.
Our aim is to encourage ideas, not limit them by language.
We value originality and fairness.
Judging will be done impartially based on performance standards.
Please respect the final decisions of judges.
Remember: your talent may go beyond our judging criteria—this platform is just one step in your journey.
During performances, no phone calls, notifications, or movements are allowed.
Ensure your phone is on silent (not even vibration mode).
Even small disturbances break the focus and charm of the speaker.
You are not allowed to record any video in during the event. The videos are recorded and shared with you by Motivate Mee Team.
Arrive before the event starts and stay until it officially ends.
We respect our participants’ courage to perform and expect the audience to support them fully.
We encourage a culture of appreciation.
Audience members are requested to bring 2–3 small gifts to honor outstanding performances.
After each performance, 1–2 audience members will share short feedback (around 1 minute).
Feedback and appreciation are an important part of a speaker’s growth.
Seats are limited. Registration closes once all seats are filled.
Once registered, please treat your commitment seriously.
If you fail to attend, a fine of ₹1000 must be paid within 3 days. And for Late arrival You pay Rs. 250 as fine. Because we have limited seats.
This fine will be used to improve hospitality in future events.

No, we believe that talent has no age boundation.
Currently, we are not charging any fee. But fine on insincerity.
We do not allow it from audience devices as it hinders the performer's focus, event photos and videos will be accessible post-event.
We have limited entries for the effective execution of the event. After entries are closed, we don’t allow any participation. Not registering timely may deprive you of the opportunity. So If possible you must avoid any last-minute hustle. If not registered as a performer then too we welcome you open-heartedly as the audience.
Like we just said, “ Talent has no boundation”. No matter where you belong we welcome you. All you need to have is genuine interest and high willpower to deliver a masterpiece.
